1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Certain products like custom or handmade items may be non-returnable (clearly mentioned in the product description).

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at hybridhues11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at hybridhues11@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
