Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as personalized/custom-made items, sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at hybridhues11@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Damage, defective, replacment, exchange product will be delivered in 7 - 10 days.
