- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags and packaging intact
- Be free from any damage caused after delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized t-shirts (unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered)
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers (if specified)
4. Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
