3. Pricing & Payments

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues
  • Payments must be completed before order processing

4. Orders & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within a limited time before processing
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as per our Return Policy
  • Customized products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect
